The hotel was clean with friendly staff, and breakfast had a nice variety. Although the AC malfunction caused discomfort, the prompt help from the staff made it manageable. A good location, but it had an unpleasant smell that lingered. Overall, a decent experience with some drawbacks.

The breakfast selection was atrocious. everything was cold and unappetizing. I was waiting for a cart for 30 minutes, and the front desk was unhelpful and rude. Communication was impossible as many staff members did not speak English. Very frustrating experience overall.

The moment we walked in, Mahogany welcomed us with the warmest smile! 🌟 My beloved Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was impeccably clean, and I loved the high ceilings that gave it such an airy vibe! The breakfast to-go boxes were a brilliant touch for those in a hurry—definitely made my morning brighter!

Also, I noticed some scratches and dirt on the walls that could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.
